Payments are simple and hassle-free! Your chosen credit card will be automatically charged online every 4 or 52 weeks depending on your selected term, making it quick and easy to stay on top of things.

Home Courier: For no additional cost, we have the guitar couriered straight to your home.

We’ll do our absolute best to get the guitar to you or your child within 5 days.

No problem if the guitar isn’t the right size! Simply send us a message (hello@instrumenthire.co.nz), and we’ll arrange a swap for a more suitable option. If we don’t have an alternative available, we’ll happily take the guitar back and provide a refund. That said, our range of instruments is designed to fit the needs of most children!

You can hire the guitar for as long as you need, with just a 8 week minimum rental period. It’s flexible and hassle-free.

Login and cancel your subscription in your account, or just let us know via email (hello@instrumenthire.co.nz) that you would like to end your hire agreement and we can arrange to get the guitar back from you.

We understand that instruments can get damaged. If this happens, just let us know as soon as possible. We take this on a case by case basis and will always resolve it in a way that is fair for both parties. We aren't robots and are always happy to have a conversation should something bad happen to a guitar rental.
